    PLURIX can help you from the very beginning, starting the process of establishing a company here according to the Polish corporate law: preparing the fundamentals for the settlement agreement of your company, then assisting you in obtaining the registration sentence from the court, GUS (statistical office) registration form REGON, opening of your bank accounts, VAT number decision from the Tax Office - NIP. In the meantime, PLURIX will help you notify Workers Inspection (PIP) and Social security (ZUS) and other authorities. We can assist you in renting the office or hiring workers. The accounting scheme will also be necessary, but nevertheless we suggest a meeting in order to work out an account scheme suitable both for the polish tax law and the amount of economic information you (or Board of Directors or shareholders or parent company abroad) expect to obtain from your new Account Department. Current bookkeeping can then start.

    The best time to undertake the bookkeeping of existing company is at the start of the next Fiscal Year, typically next January. It means, that your present accountant will prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit&Loss statement for this FY (as usual, till the end of March - if FY is the same as calendar year). We don't like doing it another way - because preparing the financial statement is not only a mechanical procedure based on the accounting books made by another person, but it means either verifying all the entries made in the books so far - or "blind" undersigning of the financial statement. In the meantime, PLURIX will open your accounting books for the next FY. To help us open them, please prepare for us a copy of the settlement agreement of your company, the registration sentence from the court, GUS (statistical office) registration form REGON, the names of your bank accounts, VAT number decision from the Tax Office - NIP. If you've already notified Workers Inspection (PIP) and Social security (ZUS) - please give us a copy of the documents; if not - we will prepare them together. The accounting scheme will also be necessary, but nevertheless we suggest a meeting in order to work out an account scheme suitable both for the polish tax law and the amount of economic information you expect to obtain from your new Account Department. Current bookkeeping can then start - no additional delay is necessary: when the final financial statement for the previous FY will be ready, we will enter it into our accounting books. Please remember, that the due date for the January tax forms is only February the 20th (and allow us some time for the work which must be done.

    Of course, if you are in need, we can start immediately - during the Fiscal Year. If it is in one of the very first months - the best solution is to enter the documents into our books again (making necessary correction statements to the authorities, if necessary) and completely disregard your present accountancy. It is, by the way, the only possibility if your current accountant refuses to co-operate with you and us. The other alternative is to close the books at the chosen day, prepare the statements and reports as if a year closing occured - and then open the books kept by PLURIX with that data (undersigned by the current accountant).
Knowing the amount of the documents, you could estimate, how much you have to pay if you transfer the accountancy to the PLURIX Office. If you have doubts, please contact us (with your accounting books at hand) in order to calculate the price. Remember, that for companies with foreign capital we charge at least the minimum salary in Poland - you will pay that amount until approximately 160 invoices monthly (selling and purchase together). Assisting in Shareholders' Meeting protocol creation or various additional reports for both statistical office (GUS) or other authorities and parent company is included in this prioe.

   Our offer assumes, that the processing of books and documents is carried at our office. We have tried doing bookkeeping in the companies HQ several times in the past, our experiences are negative. Moreover, it requires establishing additional working post (which will be not used most of the time) for our delegate, which is exactly what companies try to avoid. Principally, our organization scheme assumes that the workload is transferred from post to post as in a production line - every person specializes herself in different problem: checking documents, issuing decrees, entering into books, VAT... If the books will be kept in your HQ, our whole staff should visit your company daily, otherwise the documents should wait till the visit of the next person - such organization make impossible f.e. making bank drafts in due time. In the XX XXI century, with telefaxes, e-mail, cellular phones handy... - it is almost no difference, whether your accountant is located next room, next building or next town. Look at the list of our customers - from Toruń to Bielsko. PLURIX office is located at the place, which is easy accessible by car both from the City of Katowice and the main roads from Warsaw, Cracow, Breslau, Bielitz and Slovakia or Czech Republic (leaving the City aside).

    Almost all our customers took their documents back to their HQ after the General Assembly accepted the statement for that FY. Now we also offer the services of archivising, destroying and storing the documents (except - of course - the personal and payroll documents from April the 1st, 2003: our law is changing constantly)
